03 / THE FOUNDER

Built by hand.
Backed by family.

Brandon Garzon learned construction where it matters: on the job site. Working with small construction companies, he built hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, structure, exteriors, and finishes.

Rooted in a family of tradespeople, he founded Modern Home Builds in 2017. That foundation guides every project today: understand the whole home, communicate clearly, and take pride in the work.

GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

Before we
break ground.

Where do you build?

We serve the South Metro Twin Cities, including Burnsville, Savage, Shakopee, Lakeville, and Prior Lake, plus surrounding communities. Reach out if you’re nearby.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. We start with a conversation about your goals, timing, and budget, then identify the best next step.

How are projects priced?

Pricing depends on scope, materials, and site conditions. We discuss the details and provide a clear estimate before any work begins.

Can I choose my finishes?

Absolutely. We can work with your selections or help you find materials that fit your style and budget.

How long will my project take?

Every project is different. We discuss a realistic schedule for your scope and keep you updated as the build progresses.

LET’S BUILD SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY.
